How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Decadesfloor Tree Service to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You are welcome to contact us about:
- How your call or contact with Decadesfloor Tree Service went
- The way your personal information was handled
- Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Problem Is With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own quotes, prices, work and customer service. If you have trouble with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
Please still let us know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Keep in mind that Decadesfloor Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.
How to Send a Complaint
Email contact@decadesfloor.property and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A clear account of what happened and what you would like us to do
After You Write
We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may mean contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask us to take another look. You can also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, a state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
