How Our Network Works

Who you talk to

When you reach out through Decadesfloor Tree Service, you talk to an independent tree removal provider in our network. That person runs their own business. They are not a Decadesfloor Tree Service employee, and this page does not list staff, because the people doing the work are the providers themselves.

What happens on the call

The first call is a simple conversation. The provider will ask where the tree is, what it looks like, and what worries you. They may ask about the house, the fence, or power lines nearby. If you have photos, say so. Many providers can give a rough idea of the next step from a few pictures, and some will want to visit first.

If the provider cannot take your job, they can tell you that right away. You are welcome to try someone else.

What to ask a provider

A calm list helps. Keep it near the phone:

  • Are you available for this job, and when could you look at it?
  • Will you give a written quote before any work starts?
  • What does the quote include, such as cleanup, hauling, and stump grinding?
  • Do you carry insurance, and can you share proof?
  • Can you help document the damage if I need to talk to my insurer?
  • How do you protect the roof, fence and lawn?

Costs for tree removal vary a lot by tree size, access and condition. Typical U.S. jobs can range from a few hundred dollars to several thousand, so a written quote is worth having.

You are in control

Talking to a provider does not commit you to anything. You can ask questions, compare more than one estimate, and take your time. If something feels rushed or unclear, step back. Providers do the work, and you decide who gets it.
